We’re proud to recognize Caleb Janski, MSPM, LPN, AIP-HC as the first professional to earn the Artificial Intelligence Professional in Healthcare Compliance (AIP-HC™) credential.

Caleb brings a rare blend of clinical experience, strategic leadership, and ethics expertise to the evolving world of AI governance. As AI Ethics Officer and Director of Compliance and Ethics at Signature HealthCARE, he’s actively shaping the future of post-acute care systems and responsible technology use.

He holds a Master of Science in Project Management from the University of Southern California, where he maintains a 4.0 GPA, and a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Compliance and Regulations from Arizona State University, graduating summa cum laude. He is also currently pursuing a graduate certificate in AI Strategy, further deepening his expertise at the intersection of ethics, governance, and emerging technology.

Upon completing the AIP-HC™ exam, Caleb described it as both challenging and thought-provoking—exactly the kind of response we hoped for as we work to elevate the standards of AI governance in healthcare.

We’re proud to recognize Ryan Williams, J.D., M.H.A., AIP-HC as the second professional to earn the Artificial Intelligence Professional in Healthcare Compliance (AIP-HC™) credential and a distinguished member of the program’s Founding Cohort.

Ryan currently serves as Legal Counsel at Mayo Clinic, where he has also held multiple compliance leadership roles. He was recently appointed as an Assistant Professor of Health Care Administration with Mayo Clinic's College of Medicine and Science.

Ryan earned his Juris Doctor with a concentration in Health Law and Master of Health Administration from Saint Louis University. Ryan also holds the Certified in Cybersecurity (CC) credential from ISC2 and the AI in Healthcare: From Strategies to Implementation credential from Emeritus, underscoring his commitment to advancing ethical and strategic use of AI in healthcare.

We’re proud to recognize Joe Rivet, Esq., CCS-P, CPC, CHPC, CHC, CAC, AIP-HC as a newly certified Artificial Intelligence Professional in Healthcare Compliance (AIP‑HC™) credential holder and a distinguished member of the program’s Founding Cohort.

Joe is the founder of Rivet Health Law, PLC in Norton Shores, Michigan, and brings a unique background in health care reimbursement. His career began in emergency medicine coding and expanded through leadership roles across provider and payor settings. He also serves as an arbitrator through the American Health Law Association and is approved by the State of Michigan for surprise billing disputes.

Joe earned his Juris Doctor from Western Michigan University Thomas M. Cooley Law School and his Bachelor of Science in Health Administration from Baker College. He holds multiple professional credentials, including Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC), Certified Professional Coder (CPC), and Certified Professional Medical Auditor (CPMA), underscoring his depth of expertise in coding, reimbursement, and compliance.

We are pleased to recognize Alicia Young, CHC, AIP-HC as a newly certified Artificial Intelligence Professional in Healthcare Compliance (AIP‑HC™) credential holder and a distinguished member of the program’s Founding Cohort.

Alicia serves as Senior Director of Compliance at Optum, where she has guided compliance strategy and oversight for the past seven years. Her career also includes more than a decade of compliance leadership at UnitedHealth Group and earlier work in risk management at AdventHealth/Florida Hospital, where she managed professional liability and medical malpractice claims and supported corporate risk teams in implementing risk‑reduction strategies.

Alicia earned her Bachelor of Science in Health Services Administration and Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Central Florida (UCF). She also earned a Certificate in Health Care Risk Management from UCF, and a Certificate in Health Care Compliance from Mitchell Hamline School of Law. Alicia also holds the Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) credential, underscoring her commitment to advancing compliance standards across the industry.

Jamie serves as Regulatory Compliance & Privacy Officer at Marting Law, LLC, where she applies her expertise at the intersection of healthcare law, compliance, and records governance. She has also held prior leadership roles in both Health Information Management and Privacy, advancing compliance frameworks and strengthening protections across healthcare operations.

A U.S. Navy veteran, Jamie brings discipline and service‑driven leadership to her compliance work. She earned her Master of Legal Studies in Healthcare Law from the University of Oklahoma and her Bachelor of Science in Health Information Administration from Loma Linda University. She also holds the Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) credential, underscoring her commitment to excellence in health information governance and regulatory oversight.
